We just saw a bunch of new trailers that aired during a game that a certain Falcons team thought they had in the bag, so how can there be even more new movie trailers this week? Well, not all movies get prime Super Bowl placement, so get ready for even more clips for some of the attractions hitting a cinema near you this year. Major spoiler alert: We finally have footage for Avengers: Infinity War, as the first teaser/featurette was just released.
Aftermath
You’ve seen him on a TV show whose rankings are reportedly tanking — so sad! You’ve seen him daring the President of the United States to trade jobs, and you’ve seen him saying “Hasta la vista, baby!” Arnold Schwarzenegger now stars in Aftermath, a serious movie about real-life events that took place after an accident. The move launches later this year, likely in April.
Avengers: Infinity Wars
Just. Watch. This.
Fist Fight
I somehow missed Fist Fight in our Super Bowl trailers roundup. It’s a comedy about fist fights, in school, between teachers. And when the teachers are Ice Cube and Charlie Day, I’m interested.
It Comes at Night
It Comes at Night
isn’t a bad but funny Michael Scott “that’s what she said” joke. This thing that comes out at night is pretty scary. It also comes to a theater close to you on August 25th. Joel Edgerton, Riley Keough, and Christopher Abbott will have to deal with whatever It is.
Snatched
Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn partnered up for a mom-and-daughter comedy called Snatched. We have a new trailer for the movie set to debut on May 12th, check it out:
The Beguiled
What happens when a Confederate soldier steals the hearts of the women who hold him captive? What happens when these women turn on each other because of that? That’s what The Beguiled is all about. Playing the soldier is Colin Farrell, while Nicole Kidman, Kristen Dunst, and Elle Fanning are some of the women holding him.
The Circle
This movie is not about Apple, Google, Facebook or any other tech company that exists today. Or any combination of tech companies that we regularly talk about. And let’s just hope The Circle doesn’t foreshadow things to come. You’ll get to finally see the Tom Hanks and Emma Watson movie on April 28th.
The Lego Ninjago Movie
Yup, you heard that right, it’s time for a brand new Lego movie. And this time it’s about Ninjago, an island that a group of ninjas has to defend. Yes, they’re made of Lego, and we have a great cast: Olivia Munn, Jackie Chan, Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Michael Pena, and others.
Unlocked
Unlocked
is an spy movie that fits present tense. We’ve got a terrorist threat, and we’ve got secret agencies doing secret jobs all in the name of greatness. Starring Noomi Rapace, Orlando Boom, Tony Collette, John Malkovich, and Michael Douglas, Unlocked launches on May 5th in Europe
Wish Upon
You’ve probably heard this before, but be really careful what you wish for. Things may get really scary. Wish Upon is going to be one of the horror movies launching this summer — June 30th to be more precise.
If, by any chance, you haven’t seen all the trailers released during the Big Game, check them out at this link.
