You had such great plans for the weekend ahead. You were finally going to take a drive to that hillside hiking trail your friends have been talking about for the past few months. You were going to get your tax documents together instead of waiting for the last minute like you usually do. You were going to take that special someone out to dinner. You were going to clean out the garage, get a haircut, and maybe even drop by to say hi to your parents, who always complain that they never see you anymore.

And then Netflix had to go and release House of Cards season 4.

Netflix on Friday released all 13 new episodes from the fourth season of its hit original show, House of Cards. Starring Kevin Spacey as a President of the United States with a horrifyingly dark past and Robin Wright as the First Lady who has had enough, season 4 of the dark series picks up right where the dramatic third season left off.

And you need to watch it. All of it. Every single minute. This weekend.

Pop some popcorn, dim the lights, crank up the volume on your sound bar, and hit this link to start watching House of Cards season 4 right now or to add it to your watch list.

The season 4 trailer is embedded below.
