When we left off at the end of The Force Awakens, Rey had just finished a rather tiring-looking trek to the top of an island to say hi to Luke, who was doing the standard mysterious Jedi thing of staring intensely at the horizon.
Well, we finally know how that scene pans out, and it’s no earth-shattering reveal of Jedi wisdom.

We just saw more "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" footage. In it, Luke asks Rey, "Who are you?" Then we see her deftly handle a lightsaber.

“Who are you” isn’t the most iconic opening line I’ve ever heard, but it sets the stage well for what promises to be a rollercoaster next instalment in the Star Wars universe. We still know precious little about the upcoming movie, other than that “The Last Jedi” is plural, rather than singular. That, plus the information that Finn is featuring in the film, should open up a whole new world of speculation about whether Rey is the only one who’s going to be trained to become a Jedi.
