Apple ramps up iPhone production

Someone is expecting an increase in sales…Following their recent price cut, Apple has predictably decided to increase their iPhone production output. Unnamed sources are reporting that Apple has decided to up their initial target from 1.54 million units to an as yet unidentified higher quote. This would make sense, as given the lower price point one could reasonably expect sales to go up accordingly. That said, it’s nice to know that Apple intends to meet the increased demand, as opposed to playing the somewhat aggravating “increased scarcity” game. Anyone up for an early holiday iPhone run?
