News Corp’s ‘The Daily’ iPad newspaper to launch in two weeks, cost $0.99 per week

Still waiting for News Corp’s iPad-only newspaper to launch? It’s looking like the digital publication could be available within the next two weeks according to News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch’s son, James Murdoch. The Daily was originally rumored to launch on January 19th but was later postponed due to a reported delay in the iTunes subscription feature that Apple has been preparing. Other rumors have also linked the delay to Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ medical leave, however, as he presumably would have appeared at the launch event. The Daily will cost subscribers $0.99 per week and will be iPad only at first.

      You are just as much a sheep as those who watch Fox news if you think Msnbc or cnn is any more accurate ir “real”. They all spew BS and disinformation to keep people like you worried about the republican vs. democray battle for power, all while your freedoms and money are being stripped away.

        Fox News is trash. Doesn’t matter what the other news organizations are up to. The most disturbing thing is how popular Fox is. I imagine Hitler gained popularity by similar means. Anyway, I can’t change the world, but that doesn’t mean that I’m going to knowingly support the man behind Fox.

        Kind of a silly comment all around. Watching Fox, CNN or MSNBC doesn’t make you a sheep. How you process news, fact check it, compare it to other sources, etc. is what determines whether you’re following a herd mentality. Of course, the ability to think critically doesn’t hurt.
