Bell has quietly launched their second Touch variant, with immediate availability. Excited yet? Yeah, we can feel it. This new version should set you back $99.95 on a 3 year bid, $199.95 for a 2 year sentence, $299.95 with a 1 year stint, or $399.95 with no contract. Nothing has changed functionally-wise, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as the Touch sports TouchFLO, a 2 megapixel camera, EV-DO support, and much more.
