Although Google doesn’t appear to have any plans to launch its own smartwatch for the time being, the LG G Watch might be the next best thing. Developed in close collaboration with Google, the G Watch didn’t seem to be nearly as flashy as the Moto 360, but now that the fervor has died down a bit, we can finally see what the LG watch will look like on our wrists. The G Watch features a more typical angular design than Motorola’s entry, but looks to fit comfortably on the wrist without taking up much more room than a standard watch would. In this image, we can also get a glimpse at how text notifications will appear on Android Wear. It’s a minor reveal, but we expect to hear a lot more about the Android Wear lineup later in the year.
