Over the weekend, Activision unveiled the multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare for the very first time at the Call of Duty XP event in Los Angeles. While Battlefield is moving back in time, Call of Duty continues to race for the future, as evidenced by the weapons, environments and mech suits in the trailer.

So now that you’ve seen what Infinite Warfare looks like, you probably want to know when you can get your hands on it. Along with the trailer, Activision also unveiled the launch date for the beta: October 14th, 2016.

At first, the beta will only be available on PlayStation 4 (although it will come to Xbox One at a later date). If you want to have an opportunity to participate in the beta, you’ll need to preorder the game from participating retailers, at which point you’ll receive a beta code that can be redeemed at https://www.callofduty.com/beta.

Once you’ve redeemed a code, you can click this link to check your account to ensure you have access. Activision has yet to reveal which modes, classes and maps will be available in the beta, but with just over a month until it launches, we can probably expect to hear some news about it soon.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare launches for PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th.
