How on Earth is the summer already over? It feels like just yesterday you were wrapping up the school year and heading home for summer break, and now the fall semester is set to begin. Seriously, it’s like you blinked and your whole vacation was gone. Since the fall semester snuck up on you this year, you’ve obviously let certain things slip through the cracks… certain things like buying all the new textbooks you need for this semester’s classes. Lucky for you, procrastinating paid off because Amazon has two big sales going right now that are going to save you some serious cash.

First things first: you need to trade in all those old textbooks from last semester. You’re done with all those courses so you obviously don’t need your textbooks anymore. Simply visit this page on the Amazon website and enter each one of your textbooks by title, author or ISBN. Then you can trade them in and get up to 80% back on each book. That money will go a long way toward paying for all the new books you’re going to need — or toward paying for all the cool gadgets you might need instead.

And speaking of new textbooks you need, Amazon’s second sale is definitely one you need to take advantage of, but it’s only available until 3:00 PM EDT today so you had better hurry if you want to take advantage. Just visit this page on Amazon’s site and pick out the new textbooks you want to purchase or rent. Then use the promo code TEXT15 when you check out and you’ll save $15 on your order of at least $100.

With all that out of the way, do your best to enjoy the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend — then it’s time to get back to work.
