Apple sends out iPhone 4 satisfaction survey

Apple recently sent out an iPhone 4 satisfaction survey to a select group of customers, and we have it in its entirety. Questions like, “What brand of mobile phone did the iPhone 4 replace”, and “Overall, how satisfied are you with your iPhone 4?” as well as many personal questions to study their buying audience.     Too bad I never got one for my 3G. As a phone, not liking it much, as something other than a phone, I loved it. Jailbroken and unlocked. Just 2 days and I’ll be out of contract.

    I love how Apple haters thinks every iPhone has this antenna issue, yet when people post videos of proof that other phones drop signal, there’s no way it’s real.

    Android and iOS are both strong, why keep fighting about it?

        Have you ever thought that maybe it’s the one’s who DON’T HAVE the problem that are in disbelief?? They’re the very same people walking around saying this problem doesn’t exist. Just remember, it’s your opinion vs. my opinion vs. the truth.

    I bet they are sending them to places that have the best reception. Are not included in that list of dropped calls that Steve Jobs talked about in his Press Conf.
    A satisfaction survey conducted by the company it’s self?

    No there isn’t ant bias, or tainted data there. Just like Steve Jobs when he was saying that it was the “Raw data here we are talking about” Raw data can be tweaked very easy. leave out a small fact or just pull a subset of that data and leaving out what may look like an insignificant piece of data but will skew the data in a way that it favors your story. Annalists do this all the time! Company’s do it daily to look better and improve their worth. Shifting data and adjusting numbers.

    You can NEVER trust data about anything that originates from the source you are evaluating. Apple is no different.

      Agreed!! What I think too, that is also going on is the fact that there appears to be a “quiet fix” taking place. My friend here at work order his before launch and has yet to receive his nor has he been given a timetable of when. What’s going here?? He didn’t order this device in white either… This is to help bolster public opinion AGAIN being that CR STILL does not recommend nor does PCMag.

    Replaced a 3GS

    Love it thanks for a great phone.

    Antenna not an issue.

    AT&T: perfect where I live.

    iPhone 4 is best phone on the market.
    End of story.

    If it’s about satisfaction , then we should talked about battery capacity… 3gs is worse for that..
