You’ll have to wait until next week to preorder an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, but the future of Xbox truly starts this week with the arrival of cloud gaming on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Starting on September 15th, anyone with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be able to play games over the cloud for free. This includes most Android device owners, as anyone with a supported phone or tablet can play Xbox games via the cloud.
On Monday, Microsoft shared the full list of cloud gaming launch titles, and it’s a long one. As of Tuesday, you will be able to play over 170 Xbox One games on your Android device, as long as you have an active subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which costs $15 a month. Here is the complete list of cloud gaming titles:

If you own an Android device and a compatible controller, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a compelling deal, to say the least. Plus, as cloud gaming CVP Kareem Choudhry points out, this doesn’t even include all of the EA Play titles that will join XGPU this holiday season. There will be close to 200, if not more, games available over the cloud by the end of the year. If you’re not interested in buying a new console, this might be the next best thing.
