Now that Mailbox has officially called it quits, you might be on the hunt for a new email app for your phone. There are several well-liked options, but Google’s Inbox has been near the top of the list for over a year now. Even better, the app has continued to receive significant updates over the months, the latest of which is rolling out today.

According to Google, the Snooze feature of the Inbox app is getting a visual makeover and a couple of oft-requested improvements.
First off, here’s what Snooze will look like on Android starting today:
As for the additions, Google has added two new snooze times to the list: Later this week and This weekend. By giving users more choices from the main menu, Google is hoping that users will have to resort to custom snooze less often.
Google has also added a new option in the Snooze settings menu to allow users to change which days count as the weekend. Th e company believes this will help those in places where the standard Monday – Friday workweek doesn’t apply.
Some added snooze features might not be enough to convince you to switch over to Inbox entirely, but if you’re on the hunt for a new app, there’s no better time to give Google’s “future of email” app a try.
