Samsung’s (005930) Galaxy Tab may be “not as cool” as the iPad, but it’s also a winner in a UK court of law. Per BBC News, an appeals court in the United Kingdom has shot down Apple’s (AAPL) appeal to overturn an earlier ruling that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 didn’t infringe upon the iPad because it lacked the “cool” functionality of Apple’s signature tablet.
