There were 87 rocket launches in 2015.
You probably remember several of them, from the spectacular failures to the stunning triumphs, but did you realize how many rockets we launched last year? We averaged a new launch nearly every four days in 2015.
And now we have a video compilation of all but one of them.

Since the start of the new year, one Vimeo user has been collecting footage from each and every rocket launch in 2015 in order to make a video compilation. A vast majority of the footage was easily accessible on YouTube (as you can see in a comprehensive list of sources on Pastebin), but some of the Chinese launches required a little more digging.
After originally posting a video with 83 of the 87 launches, a helpful commenter pointed out that the creator might want to check the NASASpaceFlight.com Forum, which led him to links for three of the four “missing” launches.
As for the final, unseen launch, the same commenter says that China didn’t release any close-up shots — photo or video. If footage does eventually surface, I’m fairly certain that the creator of the video will update accordingly.
