From the day it launched last September, the Pokemon Go Plus Bluetooth bracelet has been nearly as hard to find as the NES Classic Edition. It’s regularly sold out at both brick-and-mortar stores and online retailers, but on Monday afternoon, Amazon finally replenished its stock for those still looking to buy one in 2017.
While the supply will inevitably meet demand eventually, this is the first time we’ve seen the Pokemon Go Plus in stock on Amazon and ready to ship immediately in quite some time. While the furor might have finally died down in the new year, there’s no telling how many bracelets Amazon has in stock.
If you want to grab a Pokemon Go Plus for yourself or as a late holiday gift, jump on this.
Following an exciting series of events to end the year, Pokemon Go developer Niantic has been suspiciously quiet through the first few weeks of 2017. The only update we’ve seen focused more on the Apple Watch app than it did on the smartphone app, but there were some signs in the code that more Generation II Pokemon might be right around the corner, as well as evolution items, genders and Shiny Pokemon.
Hopefully now that the team has had some time to wind down after a chaotic 2016, some of the major additions that players have been waiting for since the beginning — such as trading and the addition of Legendary Pokemon — will be next on the list of additions for the popular mobile game.
