Want to buy a brand new Super NES Classic at its regular retail price? Good luck… it’s not going to happen anytime soon. Just like last year’s NES Classic Edition, the new Super NES Classic is sold out everywhere. Well, almost everywhere. There are a number of sellers right now on Amazon that have units in stock or arriving soon. If you’re willing to pay a premium, you can have one in your hands as early as next week!
Here’s what you do: head over to the Super NES Classic page on the Amazon website, and click the “See All Buying Options” button on the right-hand side of the page. Then in the checklist in the left-hand column, check the box next to “Prime” under “Shipping.” There, you’ll see a list of sellers that either have the retro console in stock or are about to get new shipments, and that offer free Prime shipping. Ignore any sellers labeled “Just Launched,” and you’re good to go.
As of the time of this writing, at least eight different sellers were offering the Super NES Classic with Prime shipping that will arrive next week, and they were all priced under $200 (you’ll recall that the NES Classic climbed past $300 last year). If you want one though, you had better hurry!
Here are some highlights from the product page:
