iOS 8.2 still isn’t out yet but Apple has already released two different betas for iOS 8.3. Per MacRumors, Apple on Monday seeded iOS 8.3 beta 2 to developers, thus marking the second iOS 8.3 beta the company has released this month. You can download the new beta as an over-the-air update from the iOS Developer Center provided you’ve already installed the first iOS 8.3 beta. Apple has now released two iOS 8.3 betas even though iOS 8.2 isn’t supposed to be released until next month at the earliest.

When it does hit, iOS 8.3 looks like it’s going to be a significant update — in the first iOS 8.3 beta, MacRumors writes, Apple added support for “wireless CarPlay connectivity, a new emoji picker, support for Google 2-step verification, and Apple Pay support for the China UnionPay network.”

iOS 8.3 will likely be the last major release before iOS 9 later this year, which 9to5Mac’s Mark Gurman recently revealed would focus primarily on fixing some of the major stability issues that have popped up in both iOS 7 and iOS 8. The quality of Apple’s most recent software has come under fire from many of its longtime users lately and the company will reportedly have a public beta for iOS 9 in an effort to squash as many bugs as possible.
