Imangi Studios, the makers of the hit iOS game Temple Run, announced via the company’s Facebook page that the game will be coming to Android. Temple Run is a Indiana Jones-esque “runner” game that has users sprint through obstacles and escape the dangers of the jungle. To control the character, users perform gestures to make him jump, duck and move from side to side. The title is currently the top free app in the App Store, with over 20 million downloads and 7 million daily active users. The game also features in-app purchases that allow users to buy different characters and power-ups for higher scores, however payment is not required. Imangi Studios said that the game will be available some time in February.
