T-Mobile USA confirmed via Facebook on Monday that it will launch the HTC Radar, a Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) device, on November 2nd for $100 after a $50 mail-in rebate and with a new two-year contract. BGR had a chance to see the HTC Radar 4G up close in September, and we found it to be an attractive mid-level handset at its price point. The Radar 4G is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and is equipped with a 3.7-inch display, a 5-megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and support for T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network.

The difference is there is no lag or force closing or rebooting and this is still considered high end even at a budget price

      Also “cheap” doesnt mean “crappy”

My wife and I have WP7 devices on TMobile. The phones are great, but TMobile really is a crummy network. WP7 won’t take off until Verizon or AT&T put their marketing muscle behind it, like Verizon did with the Droid campaign, but I know that isn’t going to happen.
