T-Mobile may reintroduce free unlimited Wi-Fi calling on May 11th

mobile

According to a leaked internal screenshot obtained by TmoNews, T-Mobile USA may reintroduce its free unlimited Wi-Fi calling option on May 11th. T-Mobile’s Wi-Fi calling feature is currently free on phones that support UMA, however, placing a call over Wi-Fi still consumes your monthly minute allotment. Soon those calls may not consume your minutes at all. T-Mobile could alert consumers with supported phones as soon as Wednesday, and the option will be available to customers signed up for T-Mobile’s Even More, Even More Plus, and 4G Do More plans according to the report.

Nice. Now if I can just a WiFi calling app for my HD7 all will be well.
This phone has the worst signal reception of any smart phone in my
home so yeah I really need it.

Can’t wait to see how these changes shake out. That’s the
fun part about technology – it’s ever-evolving. No rest for the weary!

I’m glad to see this feature returning. Now, if only more telco’s would do this, the home Dead Zone issue would be eliminated.

Yay! I love it! Wow this is great news but how come T-mobile is not giving any press release or something? I’m pretty sure that when they announce this good news, there will definitely be something around the web about this but how come this post only gives us a screen shot?

Can somebody give me the link of the article where the screen shot is being made? Thanks!
