Black Friday is supposed to have the best sale prices of the year, or so our capitalist overlords would have you believe. As it happens, sale prices at other times can get much lower, and that’s exactly what’s happening right now with the iPad Pro.
Target is running a sale on the regular and plus-sized version of the iPad Pro right now. The smaller model is discounted by up to $250, depending on the capacity you buy, and the larger 128GB 12.9-inch iPad Pro is $150 cheaper than usual.
The sale brings the price of the cheapest 9.7-inch iPad Pro down to $449, which is well below the regular asking price, and one of the best sales you’re ever going to see on Apple’s flagship tablet. If those prices are still too much, sales running on the regular iPad Air 2 bring the price down as low as $299, or the iPad mini 4 is $280, which is crazy cheap for a brand-new iPad.
The biggest iPad Pro is already out of stock online, so you’ll have to head to a physical store and hope they have stock if you want to take advantage. Based on that, you can also expect the other popular iPads to go out of stock soon, so it might be a case of buy now, evaluate your life choices later. There’s always returns! The Verge also suggests using Best Buy’s price-matching system if you don’t want to wait for an online order and Target’s closest store is out of stock.
