We have just been informed that Walmart is about to launch a new unlimited family plan service in stores. It is a partnership with T-Mobile, and the plans are supposed to offer unlimited minutes, unlimited shared data, unlimited text messages, no “surprise charges” and the ability to upgrade at any time with no fee with no contract.
