As it turns out, the Apple Watch isn’t the only device that Apple sold out of on Friday.

As of about 9 a.m. ET, Apple’s Online Store is estimating that both models of the Gold 12-inch Retina MacBook won’t be available to ship for another 3-4 weeks. The Space Gray and Silver MacBooks are also sold out, but those should begin shipping again in the next 1-3 business days.

Based on a quick spot check from MacRumors, most retail locations aren’t offering the new MacBook at all. If you want to get your hands on one any time soon, online is most likely your best bet.

Reviews for the new MacBook began popping up on Thursday, and although the design is unquestionably one of Apple’s most attractive to date, the lack of additional ports just doesn’t work in 2015. Despite Apple’s insistence on pushing toward a cordless future, the industry is moving at its own pace. Apple can’t speed that up with a spiffy new laptop.

The new MacBook starts at $1,299 for the 256GB model, which features a 1.1GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of memory, Intel HD Graphics 5300 and Turbo Boost up to 2.4GHz. The 512GB model costs $1,599 and features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.
