Not only is Motorola preparing to launch a high-definition version of its RAZR smartphone, but according to a recent rumor the company is also believed to be readying a MAXX version of the upcoming device. According to a “very reliable source,” Hot Hardware reports that Motorola will launch both the rumored RAZR HD and a RAZR HD MAXX in October, very soon after Apple (AAPL) releases its next-generation iPhone. The website notes that Motorola will only announce the two device after it has sold through its current-generation RAZR and RAZR Maxx handsets, however. The RAZR HD, previously known as the DROID Fighter, is expected to be equipped with a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 4G LTE, and the same 1280 x 720-pixel display that is found on the ATRIX HD.
