The Beats by Dr. Dre headphone brand began life by focusing entirely on show and not at all on go. The company’s headphones have always been extremely popular, but build and sound quality had been sorely lacking across the entire Beats lineup, with the exception of its ultra high-end over-ear headphones. In 2017, however, that is no longer the case. The company has made tremendous progress in upping its game where quality is concerned, from materials and design to sound quality. And perhaps no Beats product better exemplifies that than the Beats Solo3 wireless over-ear headphones.

The biggest downside with the Solo3 is the price, which is a bit steep at $299.99. For a limited time, however, Amazon has the Solo3 headphones on sale at their lowest price ever.

Before this week, Amazon was the best place to buy the Beats Solo3 wireless headphones, offering them in five different colors at $80 off their normal selling price. That continues to be a tremendous deal for the best wireless headphones Beats has ever produced, but now there’s another limited-time sale that undercuts Amazon by a big margin.

Right now on Walmart, you can order the Beats Solo3 headphones starting just $149.99. That’s 50% off their typical price, and it’s the lowest price we’ve seen on the Solo3 headphones… by a lot. They weren’t even this cheap during the Black Friday sales blitz this past holiday season, which is typically when headphones are sold at their lowest prices ever.

It’s unclear exactly when this deal will be over, and only the matte black Beats Solo3 headphones are available for 50% off. Other colors cost $219.99, which is exactly what Amazon is charging for the headphones. As a quick reminder, the Beats Solo3 are the only over-ear headphones available right now the include Apple’s unique W1 wireless chip.
