Anyone with a PSN account will be able to take advantage of the sale from January 23rd at 12 p.m. EST to January 26th at 12 p.m. EST. In order to get the discount, you’ll need to use the promo code, which can be found on the PlayStation Store or on the official @PlayStation Twitter account.
The discount doesn’t apply to everything though — subscriptions for PS Plus, Music Unlimited, PS Now and rental video content will be excluded.
If you own multiple PlayStation consoles and want to bundle all of your items into one single purchase, you can do so on the Sony Entertainment Network site once the sale begins.
Sony is also offering a free 5-day extension for all PlayStation Plus members as a response to the “interruption” which took the service down over the holidays. If you have an active PlayStation Plus membership, the extension should be applied automatically within the coming days. You’ll receive an email with the details soon.
