Apple clearly went off course with its iOS 7 beta release schedule. First a massive security breach forced Apple’s developer center offline for a week, which obviously pushed things back a bit. Then, Apple surprised us all when it rushed out iOS 7 beta 6 on a Thursday evening to release a big bug fix for iTunes in the Cloud. That ended up being the last beta release for developers despite the fact that a newer build was made available to partners three weeks ago. Now, the iOS 7 Gold Master build has been made available to developers and is compatible with listed iPhone, iPad, iPad mini and iPod touch models. This is the final version of iOS 7 that and is identical to the version that will be released to the public next week ahead of Apple’s new iPhone launches.
