Flying is  mostly a miserable experience… unless you shell out for first-class seats, which will normally set you back by a good chunk of change. However, as Business Insider points out, JetBlue’s Mint first-class service is actually surprisingly affordable and it’s been getting rave reviews from fliers so far.

First of all, when we say “affordable,” we mean you can get  a round-trip first-class round trip from San Francisco to New York  and back for roughly $1,200, or $600 each way. And you won’t be skimping on luxury, either — you get extremely comfortable seats that can fully recline and let you lie flat, access to both DirecTV and Sirius XM, and the FlyFi high-speed broadband service.

Even the food on the flight sounds first-rate — instead of getting dry chicken that’s been reheated in a microwave, you get the choice of several meals concocted by the New York-based Saxon + Parole restaurant that include “poached lobster, bison meatloaf, and herb-roasted monkfish.”

At any rate, this service sounds absolutely incredible. If you want to learn more about it and see more pictures of what it looks like inside the plane, check out Business Insider’s full guide here.
