Availability of the Nexus 4 smartphone has been scarce since it was released last November. Supply chain woes have kept the flagship device out of stock, however Google (GOOG) CEO Larry Page has vowed to fix the supply chain problems and get the handset back in stock as soon as possible. On Monday evening, the company changed the availability of the Nexus 4 on the Play Store to “Temporarily Out of Stock,” leaving many to speculate that the device would soon return. Google confirmed to The Verge on Tuesday that it is now offering the Nexus 4 in Germany and plans to offer the device in additional markets “very soon.” Sources speaking with Droid-Life and Android Police have also suggested that the smartphone will be available once again in the U.S. on Tuesday beginning at 12:00 p.m.
