oooh, it has an “S” in the name!  It must be fast.  I wonder why they didn’t go with “X” or “HD” or “Pro” or “+”…At least they didn’t add an “M” for magical, yeah, I’m looking at you Samsung

Man, this guys gets all the deals!

  • http://www.droiddoes.com/ Norm

I like that it has an 8.1 MP camera instead of a 8.0. That sets it apart from other DROIDS.

Whats the point of having unlimited music when it cant store it offline like spotify. I was tempted to subscribe but then dropped it

    • http://www.droiddoes.com/ Norm

I went ahead and subscribed to spotify unlimited. Great decision. New albums right when they come out and offline music = probably never buying music ever again.

Same here. I too went with Spotify unlimited. But their android app heats up my phone like crazy Samsung Galaxy S2.
Also in the  UK Spotify doesnt have lots of great albums like Adele 21.

I haven’t kept up with Arc (or S either for that matter), did it ever come to US? anyone have hands-on time with it in real world usage? How does it stack up against the SGSII?

    Dear BGR:
I love your website, but: WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PUT THE WHOLE ARTICLE ON THE RSS FEED?
Every publishing platform has a “Read More…” option, WHY U NO USE IT?
I do not care about iOS changelogs, I do not care about specs of phones that I will never buy (Like this one) and last but not least almost no one reads Press releases!

If you want to see good examples of RSS feeds, see Engadget, Gawker (all their feeds look the same) and MacRumors.

    Thanks,
    A Reader.

PS: I used caps to emphasize my point.

    make an xperia play S!!!!

  • http://stoopiddog.com MrAdamWatkins

I’m all for staying on the bleeding edge of tech and all, but 3D on phones seems like overkill. If i’m going to get a electronically induced seizure, I would prefer it to be in IMAX 3D, not a 4-inch scree. -_-

  • James

I wonder if arc S has an 12mp camera and front face camera if he want to fight with i phone, please be the SUN of day not just a star like this
