iPhone 5 with new design possibly pictured in Apple’s latest Photo Stream beta

mobile

Earlier reports of a redesigned iPhone 5 with a larger display and an elongated home button gained momentum on Wednesday when a new iPhone icon was discovered by 9to5 Mac. The icon was found within official Apple software — the latest Photo Stream beta for developers — and it clearly shows a phone that deviates sharply from the current iPhone 4. The display appears to encompass more of the phones face and the home button is most certainly not round, as it has been on each of the previous four iPhone models. This is just an icon we’re looking at, of course, but it could be a safe bet that Apple’s forthcoming fifth-generation iPhone will resemble the design seen above. A closeup of the iPhone 5 icon follows below.

Apple is for girls spending daddy’s money and art students who excuse horrible ergonomics in the name of fashion.

I just went to the Samsung site to see how similar the SSG2 is to this pic, and yes, they look very similar.  But I also noticed that the front photo of the SSGS2 has a shadow below the phone, just like on the Apple/iPhone site, and a diagonal shade on the SSGS2, just like on the Apple/iPhone site.  I mean they are carbon copies.  I thought Apple was being a big cry baby about all this, but I am starting to think Samsung really is infringing on Apple’s designs in many different ways.

What’s the difference between a lab rat that walks through an electronically charged maze for a piece of cheese and an iphone fandboy?

OMG, has it come to this? Are we looking a pixels? Oh wait, I think I see the Loch Ness monster, no… it’s just the iPhone 5.

to the nuts saying that somehow samsung got a hold of the iphone 5 and copied the design to make the GSII…..you do realize that this same design was in the original galaxy S, right?  Just saying.

Go back to your world of that lacks MMS, landscape text, notifications, tethering, cloud services, streaming media, 3rd party browsers, 3rd party music players, and realize who has been copying who.

Anyone else think this phone looks exactly like a Galaxy S 2?  IF this is in fact the phone’s design, then Apple has the biggest balls of any corporation in recent history.

off course, Android will sell more units compared to iOS. The reason is simple: 14 android smartphones : 1 iOS enabled iPhone.. the ratio says it all.. but still, iPhone managed to catch up in the game. And still, iPhone is the best seller in terms of number of units sold
