Xbox One owners have a lot left to look forward to in 2014. As was showcased at Microsoft’s press conference during E3, the Xbox One has a substantial lineup of games coming throughout the rest of the year, from blockbusters like Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection to potential indie hits Ori and the Blind Forest and Project Spark. The team has taken to the Xbox Wire to discuss the huge lineup. Beyond the nine exclusives (a few of which aren’t quite full releases), Microsoft has a strong third-party lineup as well, including the requisite yearly installments of Assassin’s Creed, Call of Duty and the EA Sports games. There are a surprising amount of new IPs as well on the list: Bungie’s massively multiplayer shooter Destiny, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Evolve and The Evil Within are all poised to light up both the Xbox One and PS4 sales charts this holiday season.
