Windows Phone fans tired to see Microsoft launching only entry-level to mid-range Windows handsets aren’t probably happy to hear that Windows 10 for phones won’t be launched at the same time with the desktop version. Since Windows 10 for phones will arrive later than expected, this also means that flagship Lumia handsets aren’t likely to launch just yet – at least Microsoft did say more than once that such devices are in the works.

After a report claimed recently that Microsoft plans a variety of new devices for 2015, providing specs for some of these unconfirmed models, fresh information from UnleashThePhones indicates the company might be working on two differently sized high-end phones.
The devices are apparently known as the Lumia Cityman and the Lumia Talkman, although these aren’t likely to be official names.
The Lumia Cityman is reportedly the flagship phablet version, sporting a 5.7-inch display with 2560 x 1440 resolution (QHD). Other specs include an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, microSD support, 20-megapixel camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and 3,300 mAh battery.
The Lumia Talkman is slightly smaller, with its screen measuring just 5.2 inches. The device also has a QHD resolution display and features a hexa-core Qualcomm processor and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone is supposed to pack the same cameras as the Cityman, and a smaller 3,000 mAh battery. Furthermore, the Talkman will reportedly be much slimmer than the Lumia 930, which is 9.8mm thick.
The online publication also says the main camera of the phones will have triple-LED flash, each LED having a different shade/tone. Finally, Microsoft will match Apple’s Handoff feature, available to iPhone users who also own Macs, with Windows 10 for smartphones. Apparently, the company will let users move seamlessly between Windows 10 phones and computers when it comes to making calls and dealing with messages.
Both handsets should run Windows 10 out of the box, though the site’s sources did not say when they’ll launch or how much they’ll cost.
