One of our Verizon Wireless guys just shot us over the upcoming Motorola DROID 2’s equipment guide. Not too much new here, but it does detail an online for-sale date of August 11th with in-store availability happening on the 12th. We heard Verizon just went ahead with the DROID 2 press release in addition to confirming the above information on one of their official Twitter accounts — game on, DROIDs!
