After quietly confirming that the LG G Pro 2 will be launched at MWC 2014, LG on Tuesday has taken another step towards unveiling its specs by posting official details regarding the camera features of the handset. According to a press release posted on its South Korean website, the G Pro 2 will sport a 13-megapixel camera with an improved “OIS Plus” optical image stabilization technology that combines hardware and software stabilization features for better results, and 4K ultra HD (3840 x 2160) video recording capabilities.
LG has also said that the front-facing camera of the handset will have a 2.1-megapixel sensor, and that the smartphone will offer users a variety of camera-related software features, including slow motion HD video recording and a burst shot mode that combines up to 20 shots into a single image.
Other details regarding the G Pro 2 are still not official, and the company is yet to unveil press images of the device – however, the first images that supposedly show the handset have already been leaked, including the photo above
