AT&T announced that the HTC HD7S — its fourth Windows Phone device — is now available for $199.99 with a new two-year contract. The HTC HD7S was originally announced in March during CTIA, and it offers a 4.3-inch Super LCD display, a 5-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, a 1GHz processor, and more. The phone will not launch with Microsoft’s new Windows Phone Mango update, but it should be getting that update when Mango is released in the fall.
