While the type of hoverboards we were teased with in Back to the Future II haven’t exactly come to fruition, this offshoot of flyboarding may be the closest thing yet. While typical flyboarding uses water pressure to take riders up vertically, hoverboarding uses water to maneuver users both vertically and horizontally above the water.
