Blunt Talk Starz Streaming Free

To much of the TV viewing population’s surprise, this summer has been packed with shows worth tuning in for. Between True Detective, Mr. Robot, Halt and Catch Fire and BoJack Horseman, there has been plenty to keep us occupied, but most of those shows have either finished airing or are ending their seasons soon.

So now that we’ve still got several weeks to wait before the network TV fall premieres, is there anything else worth watching in the meantime?

If you’re willing to give it a shot, Starz has made its new show Blunt Talk, starring Patrick Stewart of X-Men fame, free to stream in the embeddable video below. From what I understand, Blunt Talk is a satire of the 24 hour news stations and the abrasive individuals that host them.

Along with Patrick Stewart, a few other big name actors are appearing in the series, including Richard Lewis, Jacki Weaver, Ed Begley, Jr., Elisabeth Shue and Jason Schwartzman.

Once you’re done watching the first episode, you can visit the Starz website to watch the second episode for free as well, regardless of whether or not you subscribe to the channel. The show will begin airing on Starz on Saturday, August 22nd and will air every Saturday after that until the end of the ten episode season.

Jacob started covering video games and technology in college as a hobby, but it quickly became clear to him that this was what he wanted to do for a living. He currently resides in New York writing for BGR. His previously published work can be found on TechHive, VentureBeat and Game Rant.
