We have some good news and some bad news this morning for anxious gamers. The bad news is it’ll still be a long, long time before you can walk into any retailer or visit any online retailer and pick up a Nintendo Switch at its $300 MSRP. Nintendo has already increased production and it still can’t keep up with the insane demand for its new video game console. Supply is expected to continue to be short for many months to come, which is why we always make sure to share when new ways to score a Switch console pop up.
Speaking of new ways to score a Switch, there are now not one but TWO online retailers that are selling the Nintendo Switch and can ship out new orders as soon as tomorrow. The first is Amazon, where you’ll find many sellers offering the Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy-Con and the Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy-Con. If you choose this route, however, you’ll have to pay a premium and you’ll also have to be sure to only buy from reputable sellers.
If you want your Switch bundled with games, you now have another option. GameStop has a pricey new “family bundle” in stock right now, and it guarantees new orders will ship out by tomorrow. This bundle includes the standard Blue/Red Joy-Con package as well as three games (Breath of the Wild, LEGO City Undercover, and Has-Been Heroes), as well as the Breath of the Wild expansion pass. If you choose to order you Switch from Amazon instead, you can still buy all of those games separately, of course:
