Some months, it feels like there is more quality content leaving Netflix than being added to the streaming service. March is not one of those months. While putting together this list of 10 movies expiring next month worth watching, I found myself struggling to find five that actually deserved to be on the list. So I did some research and managed to get to nine movies before I had to give up and call it a day.
While this is a somewhat disappointing development for this post, it’s great news for Netflix subscribers. Tons of great licensed content and original series are hitting the service in March, while hardly any worthwhile movies are being removed. Let’s hope this is the start of a new trend and not an anomaly.
Our picks for the ten nine best movies that will no longer be available for streaming on Netflix in March:
- Jaws (March 1st)
- National Lampoon’s Animal House (March 1st)
- Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey (March 3rd)
- Entertainment (March 4th)
- The Discoverers (March 4th)
- Food Chains (March 5th)
- Love at First Fight (March 8th)
- Boy (March 15th)
- Detropia (March 29th)
As I said at the top, there just aren’t that many recognizable titles on the list this month other than the Jaws quadrilogy (only one of which is actually worth watching). That said, this is the perfect time to check out some weird documentaries or hilariously bad B-movies before they vanish from Netflix forever.
If you still want to see the full list of departures for some reason, you can check the entire list out here. If you happened to make one of the movies on that list, I’m sorry for leaving you off this roundup article.
