HTC’s One M9 was the most disappointing smartphone of 2015. However, every leak we’ve seen this year indicates that HTC is going to really deliver one of the year’s best phones just like it did in 2013 with the One M7 and in 2014 with the One M8. PhoneArena got its hands on a new leaked photo of the HTC 10 that shows not only the phone’s basic design but that also features an AnTuTu benchmark score for the new device on its screen. In short, the HTC 10 got a score of 156,000 on AnTuTu, which is a higher score than what both the Galaxy S7 edge and the iPhone 6s have received on average.

This is good news and it’s not the first encouraging sign we’ve seen from HTC 10 leaks by a long shot. This leaked render, for instance, shows us a phone that takes elements of both the iPhone 6s and the Galaxy S7 but that still has the look of an HTC phone:

Earlier leaks have claimed the HTC 10 will feature a 5.1-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM and a “12-UltraPixel resolution and laser-assisted autofocus.” HTC is set to unveil the phone during a web event on April 12th.
