Later this week, the Galaxy S7 and LG G5 will become the talk of the town in Barcelona, Spain, as the two South Korean corporations will unveil their flagship handsets for 2016. And while most customers will still have to wait a while until ordering either models, both devices are listed for sale in Dubai, complete with images showing retail boxes.

According to website Dubizzle, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge cost 4,200 AED ($1,150) and 4,500 AED ($1,225), respectively. They are reportedly “imported from the USA,” and the seller shows images of the retail box that includes a Samsung-branded phone that appears to be similar to what we’ve seen in various leaks, and the accessories needed for the phone – check out the images below.
If the LG G5 is more to your liking, based on what you’ve heard about the phone from current rumors, then you’ll be happy to hear that an LG G5 version that’s “imported from the U.S.” is also available on the same Dubai site. The handset is priced just at 2,500 AED ($680), which is significantly cheaper than either Galaxy S7 version. The LG G5’s retail box is also seen in the following pictures, and tells us the phone will have a metal body, a fingerprint sensor on the back and a dual camera setup. Furthermore, the pictures suggest that the LG G5 will indeed have a removable bottom side that could allow the user to easily swap out the battery.
Interestingly, both handsets were listed on Dubizzle on February 16th, although it’s not clear if there’s any connection.
The LG G5 and Galaxy S7 will be officially unveiled on February 21st during independent media events.
