Chinese gadget blog GizmoChina has published two photos of what it claims is an unreleased smartphone from OnePlus. It calls the phone the “OnePlus One Mini,” though the blog also notes that the phone could launch as the “OnePlus Two.”
One of the leaked photos shows a device profile from benchmark testing app AnTuTu on the display, and it reveals several key details about the unreleased phone. According to that profile, the OnePlus One Mini will feature a 5-inch display, a quad-core Snapdragon 615 processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and 8-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
Most interestingly, perhaps, is the blog’s claim that the phone will launch with a price of just 1499 RMB, which works out to less than $250.
If this leak is genuine, it’s possible that OnePlus is planning to launch multiple new smartphone models in 2015. According to an earlier leak, the flagship OnePlus Two will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 32GB of storage, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 3,300 mAh battery.
