Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy Note III phablet and its Galaxy Gear smartwatch have been pegged for September and October launches, respectively. SamMobile, which has a good track record when covering unannounced Samsung devices, reported on Monday that Samsung is looking to put as little space as possible between the announcements of these two new devices and their launches. The Note III will hit store shelves within a few days of its debut, according to the report, while the Galaxy Gear will supposedly begin shipping sometime in the first half of October. The Galaxy Note III is expected to feature a 5.7-inch display, a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor or an eight-core Exynos 5 Octa chipset depending on region, 3GB of RAM and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, while little is known about the Galaxy Gear for the time being. Both devices will reportedly be unveiled during a press conference on September 4th.
