Try, if you can, to hold back the rage that you’ll inevitably feel when you learn that Instant Pot actually makes a multi-use cooker with a built-in sous vide feature. How have you lived this long without it!? It’s called the Instant Pot 8 Qt Aura Pro Multi-Use Programmable Multicooker with Sous Vide, and it supports several of the common cooking modes you’d find in any Instant Pot, such as slowing cooking, sautéing, steaming and more. It also has an excellent sous vide precision cooking function that works like a charm. Of note, you can save some money if you pick up a refurb while they’re still in stock.
