This insane 415-ft trick shot is 100 times more entertaining than the NBA Finals

Not only is this basketball shot one of the craziest attempts we’ve seen yet, it also set a new Guinness World Record for the highest basketball shot ever. And the whole thing – shooting hoops from 415 feet (126.5m) above the basket – was recorded in a truly insane video.

Posted on YouTube video channel How Ridiculous, the shot was taken from Australia’s Gordon Dam, which measures 460 feet (140m) in height, or the equivalent of a 46-storey building.

The same team did similar stunts in the past, previously setting the same Guinness World Record when they scored from 66.89m above the hoop in 2011. Two years later, they broke their own record with a 91.1m basket.
