Google+ now available for iPad, iPod touch

Software

Google updated its Google+ iOS application on Monday with support for the iPod touch and the iPad. The search giant initially launched Google+ on Android and followed-up a few weeks later with an iPhone release, but other iOS users were left out in the cold. Google has added Huddle settings and aggregated circle add notifications to the app. We’re big fans of the Google+ “Circles” feature, which allows you to control who sees what, so if you haven’t given the new social network a try yet, we suggest you do. Read on for the iTunes Store link.

    Good for them.
One thing that does irritate me is that there is no support for huddle via any of the mobile platforms. I am sure it eventually will have that support, but surprised google didn’t hit the ground running with it.

Android and iOS apps both support huddle functionality.  Hangouts are what you’re thinking of.

Google+ activity has been going down considerably lately. First 2 weeks it was crazy. Now almost nobody posts. Everyone who has G+ also has Facebook, and most status updates mirror each other…so not much point, you know?

Too bad most people still dont have access!

Isn’t google+ invite only? This is probably why the activity is a bit slow. I can only hope that they release a blackberry app.
Also if someone wants to send me an invite, I’ll try this new network. Thanks

It is invite only, but at this point most people have at least one friend that has it. I was lucky to get it the first day because I have a friend who knows a friend that works at Google…everyone was very excited but now things are dying down for the most part.

Thanks do you have any invites left. I would love to try this network.

I paid $22.85 for an iPhone 4-32GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $674 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, CentHub.com
