Whether you’ve come to terms with it or not, we probably won’t see any more Star Wars: The Force Awakens footage until the movie hits theaters next month. It’s going to be a difficult wait, but the studio has been kind enough to drip feed us until the release date, as it did on Wednesday with a new series of character posters.

At around 12:00 p.m. ET, John Boyega (Finn), Daisy Ridley (Rey) and Carrie Fisher (Leia) each shared their individual character posters on Twitter and Instagram, each with their own unique caption.
A short time later, the posters for Adam Driver’s Kylo Ren and Harrison Ford’s Han Solo appeared online as well, signifying the five main characters from the highly-anticipated sequel.
You might notice that Luke Skywalker still hasn’t made it into any promotional material, but according to J.J. Abrams and the rest of the cast, there’s a very good reason for that. Once again, we’ll have to wait until the movie hit theaters in order to discover why the hero of the original trilogy is being kept in the shadows.
In the meantime, we have five spectacular posters to occupy us for at least a few more days… at which point we’ll all be begging for another morsel of Star Wars content. Check out the posters below:
