Given that Samsung likes to compare its devices to “a precious stone glittering in the dark or countless stars sparkling in the night sky,” it’s not surprising that the company is hard at work coming up with ways to make its designs even more magical. The Korea Herald reports that Samsung’s management team met this week to discuss their design strategy for future smartphones and tablets, which is currently being called “Design 3.0.”

According to the Herald, Samsung focussed “not only on external beauty and technical practicality of new products, but also about creating positive values and connecting with consumers,” while Samsung executive Yoon Boo-keun told the publication that “everyone at the meeting agreed that consumers should be able to identify Samsung products easily.”

We’re not sure what these design changes entail but we feel confident that Samsung will tell us that they “open up new horizons and allow you to live your life extraordinarily” when they’re unveiled.
