Over the past several years, we’ve spent pages and pages of text mocking Samsung for its endless rollout of virtually identical devices, from the original Galaxy smartphone to the recently released Galaxy S3 Slim. The gadget spam can be a bit overwhelming, but the company’s flagship devices have always been impressive, which is why Samsung’s new design-oriented website could be a fascinating experiment.
Samsung announced on Thursday via a teaser video that its will be opening a new landing page for “stories of design, insights, culture and the future” on March 27th. Design.Samsung.com (which is currently a dead link) will feature pieces about the design philosophy of the company as well as concepts for future devices. Check out the teaser below and head over the new site when it launches next week.
